How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Delivery time: 4 to 6 business days

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order via our order tracking page.


What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging and with proof of purchase or receipt.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@luremon.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Do customers receive a return label?

No, we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the costs of the return. After approval of the return, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping.


Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene or personalization reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Can I exchange an item or size?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired size or item.


Can I cancel my order?

No. After confirmation, an order cannot be canceled. Please check your cart carefully before checkout.


What is my right of withdrawal in the EU?

If you live in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reasons.

The item must be returned in original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email regarding whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on the provider.


What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us at info@luremon.com.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider.
